Duties & Responsibilities

we are seeking a qualified Waiter or Waitress to join our professional team of wait staff. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for setting up tables, delivering food and beverages; ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and restaurant set up.

• Meeting and greeting guests
• Taking orders
• Using Micros machines for bill payments
• Clearing tables
• Setting up tables and lounges

Education, Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two years experience in a [4 or 5 star hotel]
• Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills
• Very good command of English Language, a second language is a plus (Russian, Italian, or German)
• A positive, punctual and professional approach
• Excellent floor craft
• Superior food and beverage knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to juggle ten things at once
• Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
• A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile!
